Your acceptance of ordered KUOLMI products is deemed to occur upon our Delivery of the KUOLMI Products to the shipping carrier.
If you cancel an accepted KUOLMI products order within 10 days prior to shipment or reject conforming KUOLMI products received under an accepted order, we are entitled to claim reasonable compensation for restocking and other expenses actually incurred.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return of KUOLMI PRODUCTS

Only purchases made directly from our online store WWW.KUOLMI.COM and authorized partners qualify for returns, refunds, and warranty.

We cannot return only partial orders.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products such as special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Before returning or exchanging QUOLMi products, you must contact us directly at shop@quolmi.com. You must return KUOLMi products to us in their original or equivalent packaging, and you are responsible for the risk of loss, as well as shipping fees back to KUOLMi. KUOLMi products may be returned within 15 days from the date on the packing slip or invoice for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling, and any applicable restocking fees (as further described below). Any product returned to KUOLMi without prior authorization from KUOLMi will be considered an unauthorized return, and you will not receive credit for the product and KUOLMi will not ship the product back to you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
The address for the return of the goods to the Seller is Marjeta Hribar s.p., Izlake 62, 1411 Izlake, Slovenia.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Original Shipping and Handling charges, as well as return shipping costs, are non-refundable. Items returned that were charged no shipping or handling fees will be subject to a restocking fee equal to normal shipping and handling charges. Orders that are returned to us due to incorrect shipping information on web orders will be charged both shipping / handling fees and a restocking fee per product.

You shall assume all risks of loss or damage to the item while in transit.
You should always consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
